Detroit [+] participants receive a unique training over their three year commitment at Covenant Community Care (CCC).

• Intentionally living in Hamtramck- a city 5 miles from the center of Detroit- consisting of a large Middle Eastern population. There are many opportunities for relationship building in this neighborhood.
• Community support and mentorship on a weekly basis
• The [+] curriculum training covers 5 Core Competencies: spiritual depth, missional living, leadership development, operational administration, and dental practice management.

Year 1: AEGD through NYU at CCC     Year 2 & 3: CCC full-time salaried dentist

• Care: Mastering dental treatment
• Compassion: Learning to integrate spiritual health care with oral health care
• Cost: Apply for partial loan repayment through the National Health Services Corps
• Cross-cultural: neighborhood and patient demographic as well as potential training through a 4-week international rotation
• Commissioned: after 3 years, [+] graduates are sent to follow the Lord's leading
